Are there any colleges that meet more than 100% of calculated need.

I was wondering because my families EFC according to FAFSA is pretty high but does not take into account relatives that my parents help support. Is it possible that if my parents can provide documentation colleges will take this into account.

Yes, it is possible. In fact, the Profile actually asks how much money you provide to support other relatives. But it's not a lock - they may or may not change your FA award.

Definitely not a lock. Why should others pay for discretionary spending that one does with one's income? Also, what would stop a parent from supporting their 85 year old parent by writing checks, and having their 85 year old funnel it back to the parent in cash? Anyone could do that IMO.

It's quite rare, but colleges calculate EFC their own way. Generally, only merit scholarships can "meet" more than 100% of need.
