I was wondering are there any free waivers for college application because I'm going to be applying to almost 10 universities on November. Please tell me there is!! ;) I heard they give you 4 free waivers to apply for four UC Schools, but I don't know..

I think you mean fee waivers. Your guidance counselor at school should help you take care of that.

There was a thread about schools that are free to apply to:

For the UCs, there are fee waivers available for up to four campuses, but you must meet specific income requirements to qualify:
Quote:
"Fee Waivers
UC will waive application fees for up to four campuses for qualified students who otherwise would be unable to apply for admission. To be accepted for the fee waiver program, you must meet specific requirements related to your family income and size. The fee waiver program is for United States citizens and permanent residents only." University of California - Admissions - The University of California offers one of the broadest ranges of study of any institution of higher learning in the world, all at an affordable price.

As epiphany said, your counselor should be able to tell you if you are likely to qualify for the waiver. If you feel you will qualify, you check off that you are requesting a fee waiver on your online application and your eligibilty will automatically be calculated when you submit. Otherwise, UCs cost $60 per campus.
