<p>their criteria is probably based on something else besides grades...or else theres no way penn state would be 2 spots ABOVE upenn, or uminn would be above columbia, or texas a&m above uva, or iowa above john hopkins, or arizona state over brown, or nc state over notre dame, or george mason, umass, and umiss even on the list.....get what i'm saying</p>
<p>you have to find out the criteria on which these things are based and even then take it with a grain of salt</p>
