I'm planning on taking French, Hebrew and Maths II on June, and to apply to Ivies later this year.
BUT I'm French (was born in France and used to live there until I was 13) and live now in Israel for about 9 years. So, French is my native language and Hebrew is the language I speak for the last years.
So French and Hebrew are really really easy for me.

The question is if those subjects will be enough impressing for Harvard? Or should I maybe take another one? Like American History, which I have no clue about..

Wait, so you are 22? Whatever. You need at least English or a history, and preferably both. Make sure to have your essays read carefully by a native English speaker who can help you with idiom.

Those three will suffice. And note that since Harvard only requires 2 subject tests, and does not consider a subject test in your native language, only Hebrew and Math will be used in your evaluation. French will be considered, but not much.

In response to imntwo-
Many Israelis begin college at or after age 20 due to army service. I know two Israelis at Harvard, a sophomore and a junior, who are both 24.

@Banjo, thought it might be something like that. @kimathi, I agree that those three meet the technical criteria, but I still do not think it is advisable. @israrub, nothing in particular, just enough to show broad strength.

If you think that a school will doubt your competence in English and will hold it against you, you could take TOEFL. However, all of the Israelistes I know speak and write perfectly acceptable English.
I honestly don’t think you should worry.

They are not looking at your SAT Subject tests to look for academic breadth! They have your transcripts for that. If you are not comfortable in taking just those, consider adding a science or perhaps literature? Idk. The three you already have seem sufficient.
