Are we required to send Mid-year Report?

So I looked and looked on the U of Notre Dame site, but could not find if they wanted a mid-year report or not. It's not really mentioned.

On the "admissions chat" section, mid-year report is only mentioned as being able to either hurt or help your chances --- does it mean that we are required to send the Mid-year report?

Confuzzled much. I would appreciate a quick response.

Thanks in advance,
lime

Oh wait, sorry, I found the answer is in the first post of http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/university-notre-dame/620186-would-i-get-revoked.html

Apparently they do require it. At least I will assume so.

They do require it.

My son received a letter that reminded him to send his mid year grades so, yes, they are required.

you only have to send one for RA, not if you did EA right?

You also need to send a mid-year report even if accepted for EA....at least that was true a year or two ago.

I got in EA and i sent one. Can't hurt. (well it can if you bombed first semester i guess)

we have to send in our final year grades also right?

ughhh i have to actually try a bit noww...

is there a deadline when we need to send our mid-years?

I don't think there's a deadline for the mid-year report (at least not one that I could find), but I'm sure they want it ASAP. Which means if your semester is over with, send it in right away and don't delay or put it off, especially if it ended back in december or january. Punctuality is always a good thing :)
