<p>Damn, I started reading/watching naruto just last week...and I'm hooked. I just started watching shippuden and I'm only at chapter 243 of the manga (kakashi's flashback) so no spoilers...but...</p>

<p>I find it excessively boring.</p>
<p>I am a fansubber and I get to watch all sorts of the latest anime and keep track of them. I watch them in Japanese and fall in the tsubasatard --- although I am not particularly happy with the term. Most of us more mature anime group tend to find naruto for tards really and narutard = annoying 16-year-olds for us.</p>
<p>I just read the manga...other then that nothing.</p>
<p>Really? Hm...well, I'm 16, annoying is controversial...and now that I've caught up to the anime and have surpassed it in the manga I'll probably be over this naruto phase by the end of the week.</p>
<p>Tell me, Tsubie-chan, do you "holier than thou" fansubbers consider Death Note fans to be the same type? LOL, so the ending sucked; it's still one of the most intelligent mangas out there.</p>
