Okay here’s the deal, this is a very unique situation.
The UC’s prefer C++ for transfer admission, but my CC requires Java as a prerequisite to the C++ classes.
However, a different CC in my city does not require Java as a prerequisite; I can take C++.
Is it allowed if I take C++ at this other CC to dodge Java in order to meet transfer major requirement?

If the other CCC doesn’t require it take it there.
Yes. Many students take classes at multiple CC’s because classes are full at their main school. All that matters is getting classes on your xfer transcripts.
That said, if you’re a CS major, why wouldn’t you want to learn Java as well?
@mikemac I’m not a CS major, I’m a Computer Engineering major which is basically Electrical Engineering but with more emphasis of computer components. The schools I’m applying to all prefer C++ over Java.
