are you allowed to use calc prograoms on ap exams

hey are you allowed to use programs on the TI-89 titanium for ap chem or is that considered cheating>>>>>>>>>>>>>

It's allowed
The formula table is designed to remove any advantage.

wait so you could install porgrams from online on to the calc for ap chem problems and the won't say anything to you, wont't that give you an advantage........

It will give you an advantage but the reference table on AP chem make up for any advantage you have.

i'm taking about programs where you just plug in the values for K in an equilibrium problem and it gives you the answers, does it clearly say that you can use programs on collegeboard???

are you sure this isn't cheating

also are u allowed to put tables and reactions on yourc alculator with information or is that considered cheaating?????????????

It wouldn't give you much of an advantage b/c you can only use your calc on two of the FR questions.

From College Board
"For the first 40 minutes, any programmable or graphing calculator may be used, with a few exceptions, and students are not required to erase their calculator memories before and after the exam."

last question just want to make sure could i store reactions, bonding charts, extra formulas, periodic tables, and other tables for refrence?????????????

actually, they would provide you those references (formula and periodic table) for the parts that you are allowed to use calculator.
