International Econ baby!!!!

Global travel, fine dining, fast cars, hot secretaries...what's not to love???:D

and then you realize that your life isnt like the movies... (jk, i dont even kno wat intl econ is.)

i love money.

Yes, why else would I spend years preparing and learning it?

Heck yes!

Well, I'll be content with anything related to computers. :)

I love history, but its a pity that historians make less than McDonald managers. I will probably study accounting, finance, or chem engineering.

Won't it be wonderful to do something you love? But it's hard to say because I'm still unsure about what I want to do and what my real passion lies.
I love astronomy and for two years I had thought about becoming an astronomer. But at the same time, astronomers deal a lot with math and physics every single day and it is during the course of these two years that made me realize that I am not strong in both subjects-in fact they brought me many disappointments on tests and grades. And I can't imagine what it is like to be a scientist and deal with these two things which I am struggling every single day. I know I'd probably come to abhor them sooner or later, even though I love astronomy for its independent subject exclusive of math.

In the other hand, I am good at creative writing and the arts. In contrast to math in particular, I feel so much more comfortable and at ease when I deal with the arts. They bring me happiness because I am good at them and I don't get stressed out when I work on them. Yet I can't think of any career I would like to pursue that deals with the arts.

I'm so confused.

I wish it was possible to do just what I love, namely, art and photography, but it's not a particularly "practical" profession...a professional artist? It's a bit too unstable, plus I don't think I'd want to go to college just for art.

I don't know my prospective major yet. Maybe ChemE, I like chemistry and those things, too.

I would not be able to do something that I didn't love (or at least like) for a career. I would die, emotionally and intellectually.

Both things that I want to do I love...I want to be a social worker because I loev children and I was abused so I know what its like and I want to help them get away from that stuff and then graphic design because I LOVE to do that stuff :) haha I was bored so I took this fromt the second to last page haha

I love sports, acting, and guitar- but I also love living in a house (opposed to a box) so I guess I hafta love school now...

dragonreborn: My two loves were the arts and science (preferably astronomy) but I have the same problem as you. Math and Physics are not my strongest subjects and as much as I want to pursue astronomy, I just can't because I don't want to deal with the math it faces each day. Man, you and I have like the exact same position, I love creative writing/arts as well as astronomy. You could be a writer for the newspaper and write about new findings in space or new stars found. That way you're still exploring your love for astronomy and applying it to your love of the arts.
