Are you still eligible for TOPS if you attend school outside of Louisiana

<p>You aren’t going to get a response because no one will know what TOPS means. You might want to ask a mod t retitle the thread so people know what you’re asking.</p>

<p>anyway…of course TOPS cannot be used outside of LA. I didn’t even have to google it to know that…and I don’t live there.</p>
