Areas with shortage/high number of open positions of CS/CPE/SW engineers

<p>I am interested in knowing what geographic areas in the U.S. are hot spots for cs/software type jobs. I am in the DC area, but don't mind moving to somewhere far from it for a good job in software. I appreciate the input.</p>
