<p>If an east coast school says art supplements are due by Jan. 1, does it mean Dec. 31 at 11:59 p.m. EST or Jan. 1 at 11:59 p.m.?</p>
<p>When I submitted supplements for NYU I had until midnight of the due date to submit, although this could easily vary school to school. Try checking the school’s website for specification maybe?</p>
