<p>As for the art supplement for the Common app, I'm a little confused as to the format of the Teacher recommendation for it.
Is it just a letter from the teacher summarizing activites? or do they have to use the Teacher Evaluation PDF like the other Teacher Recs?
I can't find any explicit details on the sites of the colleges, and I've searched many threads on here already. Perhaps I'm not looking in the right places.</p>
