<p>That means that more kids are applying or being accepted or attending?</p>
<p>22% increase in applications since 2005. For 2006 they enrolled 8,000 students at UP. many more than they wanted to. Last year they had a waiting list and tried to keep enrollment numbers to 6,000. This year they will do the same. Applications for this year are 5% more than last year at this time...but it's early.</p>
