can anyone give me any suggestions about an interesting arts and humanities gen ed class i can take. i'm already registered for intro to philosophy and a class called a question of love. the love class seems to have a lot of reading and the subject doesn't interest me very much, so i don't know why i registered for it and i'm thinking about switching classes to a more interesting class. can anyone give me any suggestions for an interesting and/or easy class?

CMLT-C 151 Intro To Pop Culture

The average grade is an A- with the majority of students getting A’s. Also seems like a pretty interesting class and also counts as a Cultural Studies requirement.

Since that course is currently closed, let me suggest HPER-C315 “Health in the Later Years”, which has only 1 spot left open. It doesn’t sound all that exciting, but my son enjoyed the class–and you can take the course via the internet from your dorm room at your own speed. I think he said that something like 17 out of the 24 people taking the class got A- grades or better the semester when he took the class.

It is a HPER class, though–so it doesn’t really meet your requirement, since it doesn’t provide A&H credit. (maybe I shouldn’t have bothered mentioning it, but I figure that classes start in only about a week or so, which is why I suggested this–since finding classes with a good grading curve are quite rare at this point.)
