I know at some colleges, there are dorms/program houses for artists and artistic students. For example, I know a program house at one college has ceramics, drawing, etc. studios in the building for its students to access whenever.
I really like UChicago’s house system; are there any that are specifically arts-dedicated? If not, what are the different arts opportunities available on campus, especially for non-arts majors?
No, but BJ and South are closer to Logan (the arts building) than any other dorm. BJ has a lot of artsy people, but it’s just a large noticeable minority, not an overwhelming presence. The entire point of houses are that you’ll be with all sorts of people and can’t just barricade yourself with one major/demographic. It doesn’t entirely work since they let you choose your dorm to some extent, but making an “art” house is just blatantly against housing’s ethos.

As @HydeSnark says, it would be completely antithetical to the house system to have “theme” houses, since the whole idea is to help people form social relationships across interest and activity lines. But sometimes something like that develops off campus informally.
When one of my kids was a second year, he lived in a building with six units, each of which had 3-4 students. Every one of the apartments had at least one kid, and most more than one, involved with University Theater in some capacity. It was very much like a theater theme house. And at the time the Ultimate Frisby Team pretty much controlled an entire low-rise apartment building with an interior courtyard, which they called “Pepperland,” where they held legendary parties. Some of the higher-priced buildings along the lake were (and may still be) de facto finance theme dorms. (The kinds of internships many Economics majors and MBA students got definitely supported a higher standard of living.)
