As a econ major student, which college should I go to?

Hello everyone,
So I have been accepted to:
UCSD, UCSB, UCD, UCI, Brandeis, UW, Lehigh, University of Maryland, UIUC+honors, University of Minnesota, OSU(Honors Scholar)

BC BU UWM Waitlisted

Everyone will need a bit more info. Cost and travel considerations. Campus preferences. Social and weather preferences.

But most importantly. Congratulations. What a list of acceptances.

Thank you!
I’m an international student and I have attended an US high school on the east coast for four years. So in terms of location, I don’t have strict preferences but some of the schools are located in cities I really like. The ranking is definitely one of the factors as it directly represents the school’s academic strength, but I’m more focusing on its fitness to me.

There are multiple universities that are abbreviated “UW”. I will assume that you mean Wyoming. Let us know if you are instead talking about Washington, Wisconsin, WUSTL, or somewhere else.

“I’m more focusing on its fitness to me”

This is exactly the right thing to be focused on. This however brings up @privatebanker’s comment that you have been accepted to multiple very good universities. Unless we know more about you it is tough to make suggestions.

Can you afford to attend every school on the list without taking on loans? Has the coronavirus pandemic had any economic impact on your family that would affect their ability to pay for your university?

Also, congratulations. This is a very good list of universities.
