Asian Americans and Discrimination

<p>While I see a lot of Whites/Blacks who graduated from a top-notch Ivy League undergraduate college and a top-notch Ivy League MBA, there are few Asians who accomplish this feat. There are a lot of Asians who graduated from a top-notch Ivy League undergraduate university, but those who do rarely go on to a top-notch MBA as well. This is obviously due to racial discrimination in the admissions process.</p>

<p>My question is, is an Asian American from Stanford undergrad and UCLA MBA viewed equal to a Black/White from Stanford undergrad and Harvard MBA? Thoughts?</p>
