My mom's angry because I've been getting a B in AP chem. To satisfy her curiosity, will this ruin my chances at the Ivies?

are you for real??

No, of course not. Only a small fraction of Ivy students had perfect 4.0s (the majority are damn near or below).

plus if you get an A this quarter, or raise it, you'll be fine.

NO. I think everyone's answer for you will be no. Besides, colleges only see your final year grade, but even if you get a B for the year, that certainly won't be the make/break of Ivy League admissions.

just wondering, what part of AP chemistry do you find difficult?

When i signed up for AP chemistry junior year, EVERYONE told me it was a retarded choice because AP Chemistry was so difficult and a lot of work

and so i entered the class with much fear, but it ended up being one of te easiest classes I've ever taken, and chemistry is now one of my (if not THE) favorite subjects ive ever taken in high school

I'm quite amused by your topic title. But you can definitely raise your grade next semester.
