Associates degree transferring to top universities?

I'm a junior in high school, taking dual enrolled classes at community college. I can get my associates degree in math, but I'm wondering how this will affect my application to colleges. I'm thinking of applying to schools like University of Chicago, Yale, Stanford, etc. I want to go into those universities as a freshman. I'm just wondering how my credits will transfer, how the school will look at my transcript with an AA on it, and whether there are any negatives to getting the AA now.

Only post-HS college coursework is considered when determining transfer admissions status, dual enrolled HS students still apply as fr. For example, see Y:

Your credits may transfer, but you still apply as a fr.

Thank you for the info.
