At what score does the SAT II help with admission?

My son is applying to 4 colleges that require the subject tests and 4 that don't. Is there any advantage to sending the following scores:
770 Math II
750 Physics
to the colleges that are subject test optional? He got a 34 on the ACT, but that is the only test that he is sending. Is it a waste to send the scores to the optional schools if they are not perfect?
Thanks!

The SAT II scores are good relative to the rest of the population submitting them. I would send them to all the schools he is applying to.

Thank you so much for your advice! This is our family’s first time in navigating this whole process. I know his scores won’t be the best the schools he’s applying to will be seeing (U of Chicago, Brown, Berkeley), but I’m proud of him. And it’s just a piece of the puzzle, right?
