<p>this was semi tricky to figure out with daylight savings time (which the US isn't in right now)... you find out at midnight at the earliest, most likely sometime after though.</p>

<p>France is 9 hours later then Pacific Standard Time, so any time after midnight on December 15(which would then be December 16)</p>
