<p>Yes, they do. But it is rare. I would talk to the coach beforehand to get clarification, though.</p>
<p>Last year D’s roommate walked on to a varsity team and has had a wonderful experience. Not lacrosse, however. I have no info on that particular sport. Spanglish’s advice is good.</p>
