<p>I was just curious as to how much leniency villanova shows towards athletes who are applying. Does Villanova require that incomming freshman regardless of whether or not they are scholarship athletes have the same high grades or do that lower academic standards to allow athletes to enter?</p>
<p>Well I assume you'd be recruited. Besides that, you'd still need good grades and boards--just because you're an athlete doesnt mean you get auto-entry...</p>

However i was only curious as to how much schools generally curve academic expectations what they are looking for when it comes to recruiting student athletes. How much does an athletes academic record count for when it comes to recruitment</p>
