<p>To attach a resume to the common application do I just upload it in the additional information section? </p>
<p>Also, I would like to write a paragraph addressed to the admissions officers; can I do this in addition to uploading a resume? If so, where? I noticed that on the additional info section it gives the option to EITHER upload a document OR type the info into the designated space. What if I want to BOTH upload a resume and type a paragraph?</p>

<p>Type a paragraph in your resume and then upload it. But beware: you don’t want to repeat the same information in the resume.</p>
<p>Okay thanks. My counselor suggested that I stress how my involvement in football has not been just to be on the team; I actually start. However, I personally don’t find this necessary as I mention that I am the starting center on my resume and a two year letterman. Hopefully the adcoms realize that I actually play in Varsity games without me having to explain it in a paragraph.</p>
