Attaching supplementary materials to an application

<p>I have spent over a hundred hours coding a computer program, and I consider it very impressive. I want to send my program to a select group of colleges that I already know are extreme "stretch" schools. I want to send it to each school's computer science department if possible.</p>

<p>How would be the best approach to send it in?</p>
