Attend UTD, then transfer?

<p>Hey guys, </p>

<p>I received a pretty enticing offer to attend UT Dallas, and am tempted to take them up on it. However, I really want to attend UT Austin. As an out-of-state student, I was wondering: is it possible/feasible to establish Texas residency if I initially go to UTD, then try and transfer to UT within one or two years? Also, does anybody know all the requirements for becoming a TX resident?</p>
