Hey guys,

I made a youtube channel about science topics that aren't taught in (my) school. My family doesn't really know what I am talking about, and since popular videos on YouTube tend to be silly things like people running into refrigerators, pulling pranks, etc, I decided to enlighten viewers about some more practical (IMO) things. If you liked AP Bio, do science research, or just like science in general, you will like my channel! I am not very popular on Youtube, but could be with your help!

The goal of my channel is to inspire HS kids to learn more about science and go beyond what their school teaches, like I did (...I hope that didn't come off as cocky...). Anyway, watch my channel and I hope none of you recognizes me...that would be awkward!

Oh well, yolo. Here's the link: https://m.youtube.com/user/KnowNowScience?feature=guide

good grasp of the material, but u need some video editing techniques to appeal to a wider audience :P

Thank you! The first videos were recorded with my Toshiba laptop which has terrible sound, but the more recent videos were recorded on an iPad using YouTube capture

I don’t know… Maybe I’m already inspired with Science–from Science Olympiad etc. One of the things, even though I question the practicality of it, that inspires me is stuff like quantum mechanics, and it’s much more appealing to the curious audience. But still, far-fetched ideas that I’m not used to seeing, but with an engineer’s mindset, putting use to a possible way this idea can be used in new products.

@tangerine which video are you referring to?

Materials Science… Sorry didn’t watch any of the others, which are a maybe because I’m basically done with Bio for life…

Haha, I loved AP Bio, but the AP test was basically the ACT science section are steroids, which ****ed me off to no end.
I liked the old exam when we had to memorize the amino acids and Krebs cycle and stuff.
Whatev’s, tho.
Thanks for watching!!!

you talk about some interesting material, in order to make your videos better you should add some more visuals. Popular youtube science channels make good use of visuals, have you seen Vsauce or Minute Physics? Overall good job.
