<p>So, I've got a case of the flu thats slowly going away. I feel better then I did yesterday.</p>
<p>I also have an audition at UMiami on friday. They have barely any audition spots left, and the bulk of them happen to be on a date during my PSU audition.</p>
<p>I'm stuck. Cancel, or chance it? Try to schedule a new audition before its too late?</p>
<p>UMiami is one of my top choices!</p>
<p>Gee, that totally stinks. Have you tried calling them for advice? Maybe they could give you a secondary date just in case you are not in good shape by Friday. Hope you feel better soon. :(</p>

<p>We've known of others in the same situation in the past. As Anothermom said, I'd suggest you contact the school directly for their recommendation asap. Most of those who've discussed this with us have said it's so competitive out there, that, if at all possible, you should try to reschedule, even if you have to take a financial hit in the way of airfare, etc. I imagine you'd want to be in your best performance shape for something this important.
