<p>I am thinking about going to BHP next year and was wondering how much the cost of living at UT is around. I am from Houston, so I know that there is not going to be any changes in the prices of things, but how much do you think the average UT student spends while still maintaining a comfortable lifestlye, and what are these expenses usually spent on. Just wondering how much pocket money I need to earn this summer. Thanks</p>
<p>most money is spent on food, clothes, and some events like concerts, and maybe even club dues....oh, and transportation to and from home. id say about 900 a year</p>

<p>yeah...anywhere in that vacinity...it could take anywhere from 800-1300 usually. I estimate about 950-1000 for myself</p>
