Does anyone know if any of the Ivy League schools/Duke/MIT have made their supplement essays available yet? I know Yale has, but I have not been able to find any other ones. Also, when do schools usually make the essay topics available to the public?

UChicago has, if you’re interested.
A lot of colleges use the same prompts from year to year.
For schools that use the Common App, the prompts will all be available August 1.

Does the 5 common app essay (identity, failure, challenge, place, transition) works for Uchicago?

Are the ones mentioned here supplementary essays?

Thank you.

UChicago uses the Common App, so they’ll get your Common App essay along with all the other Common App schools you apply to. The prompts you linked to are supplement essays.
