<p>Average GPA of Cornell School of Engineering undergrads (not admitted high school students)?</p>

<p>Cornell usually does not separate out average GPA’s by schools. The average GPA university-wide is around a 3.4. The only data that’s available for individual colleges came out in 1996 I believe. It’s on this site (which has all kinds of facts and figures about Cornell). I can’t find the exact document but you can look around some more:</p>

<p>Basically, back in 1996, the average GPA in the engineering school was around a 3.1, which was in line with all other colleges at Cornell. </p>
<p>Since the posting of median grade reports, average GPA’s have skyrocketed:

<p>I’m sure you’ll see the same trend within the Engineering school. I expect the average GPA to be in the 3.2 range today. </p>
