jetforce: how hard is it to change majors to political economy from philosophy? i should be able to complete the pre-req’s after 1 semester there. i currently have a 3.9. thnx man

Thank you, this is very helpful

if cals math is anything like discrete math probably going to be a pita.

i paid it, but i still can not find gpa or grade distribution on campusbuddy.com. can you tell me how to use it?? thank you

those stats are horrifying lol

They are over 2 years old though

As I will also post elsewhere, this information is just not correct. The average cumulative GPAs at Berkeley are generally a lot higher than those listed here.

As a Cal professor I have access from the administration to average cumulative grade data for all majors as well as average major grades for some. Between 2010 and 2013, the average major GPAs at Berkeley for MCB majors was 3.25, and for IB majors it was 3.11.

In terms of cumulative GPAs here are some averages for the 2010-2013 period:
IB: 3.28
ESPM: 3.39
PMB: 3.19
Public Health: 3.43
NST: 3.34
MCB: 3.42

So please do not make any decisions based on faulty data!

Why did you just bump a 4 year old topic?
