B.A. vs. B.S. in psychology

I'm currently in my first year of college (although i have enough credits to be considered a first semester sophomore) and am still undecided about a major. Lately I have been torn between something more health related (such as an occupational therapist) and becoming some type of lawyer. I've researched good undergrad degrees online for both paths and psychology seems to come up a lot for both. However, I'm uncertain if I should pursue a B.A. or a B.S. I'm afraid if I get the B.A., while it would have the reading and writing required to do well in law school, it wouldn't have enough science related courses if I decided to pursue higher education in the health field. However, if I pursue the B.S., I'm afraid that if I decide on the law school route, I'll be at a disadvantage because there is less of a focus on the liberal arts and taking more science classes will most likely be "harder" and therefore lower my gpa (I'm pretty good at science courses, I'm just realistically speaking that I'd probably have a higher gpa with less of them). Does anyone have any insight as to what would be the best path? I'm planning on meeting with an adviser sometime soon but I wanted to see what other people's views were first.

You could do a BA with the science courses for grad school on the side.
