So the first round of midterms are just about wrapping up; I'm a first semester freshman at a good engineering school. (top 10 for my major) It's a bit early to start thinking about this, I guess, but considering the program I want to apply for, it's really never too early.

The program is Harvard Business school's MBA 2+2 program. Basically, I apply junior year, then if I get in, I work 2 years at an approved position, then go to b-school. This program is geared to non-business/finance majors.

Currently, my major is aerospace engineering. That's liable to change, but I will most likely stay in an engineering field.( I want the flexibility to go for a masters in eng. if I feel like I like working a technical job) What do I need to do to make myself competitive for this sort of admission?

For instance GPA, EC's/ research. ect
