Regular MBA or 2+2?

I am an Engineering junior in college. I had an internship in a BB(like ubs/merrill) PWM my senior of high school (I would work after school ~15-20 hrs a week). I have also been doing something similar to that at an investment bank this year, and have had FT internships every summer of college. This summer I'll be doing either IB/consulting (haven't decided yet) at a smaller (no-name) firm.

My question is: should I apply to 2+2 or the regular Harvard MBA? or both? If I apply to 2+2 and don't get in, which I expect since I haven't shown technical interest outside of my major, will it negatively affect me applying as a college senior?

And realistically, what are my chances? My GPA will be only be around 3.6 when I apply (It's higher now... EE junior year kills) gmat expecting high 6/low 700
