<p>Do any other presitigious schools besides UPenn and GW offer the program?</p>

<p>Columbia's program only accepts maybe one or two students a year, if any, and you have to apply as a college junior, which I think is also the case for Penn. For GW, I'm pretty sure you apply for the program when you're applying for UG admission.</p>

<p>There are also joint programs. Rice has a 3-3 program with Columbia. You decide in your junior year, but I don't know the selection process. I think Columbia Law does this type of thing the most out of the top schools.</p>
