BA/MD or BS/MD Programs: Chances?

<p>Hi!
I'm currently a sophomore in high school. As my username suggests, I'm 99.9% sure that I want to be a doctor, so I honestly think that a seven year program would be right for me.</p>

<p>Freshman Year:
Biology Honors (With Lab) (A)
Research (A)
Algebra2/Trigonometry Honors (Accelerated a year) (B+)
AP World History (B+) (5 on AP Exam)
English 9 Honors (A)
Spanish 2 Honors (A)
Developmental Psychology (A+)
Orchestra (A+)
Latin 1 (A+)</p>

<p>Sophomore Year (Currently):
Chemistry Honors (With Lab) (A range)
Advanced Research (A range)
Precalculus Honors with discrete mathematics (B+)
AP European History (A range)
English 10 Honors (A range)
Spanish 3 Honors (A range)
International Business (A range)
AP Statistics (A/B+ range)
Orchestra (A+)</p>

<p>If I boost up my grades for the last quarter, I think I can pull off a 3.7 unweighted GPA by the end of the year. If I were to get all A+'s my junior year, 2350+ on SAT, 5's on all AP Exams, 35+ on ACT's, and 780+ on SAT Subject tests, what would be my chances of getting into a BA/MD or BS/MD Program, and which ones?
Which colleges could I get into?</p>
