BA vs. BS in comp. Science

Hello, I am currently an undergraduate CSC student. the university offers two degrees one is in Arts and the other one in sciences -BA and BS. The only difference between them is the BS has calc2 and liner algebra although BA has calc 1 only.
would it make a difference on employers prospective of the BA one?

Thank You!

Employers are unlikely to care about the degree title BA or BS. They may be more likely to care what CS courses you take, and how well you do in technical questions in the interview.

Linear algebra can be useful in a number of areas of CS, as mentioned at http://www.mit.edu/~kepner/LAinCS.pdf .
