Babson College

Hello everyone, I am interested in attending Babson College for its world reknown entrepreneurship curriculum offered. If I attend Babson I would apply the Environmental Sustainability and Technology Entrepreneurship conecentrations to the Business Administration major.

I have a strong interest in business, and have co founded a corporation that I am currently the CEO of. In addition to business however, I also have a talent in the sciences, in particular engineering. I have attended and won prizes at several science fairs, and have even been awarded patenting services on one of my projects.

If I attend Babson, am I only fulfilling one of my interests/skill sets? Are there ways where I can continue exploring the sciences and engineering fields while enrolled at Babson College? My career interests are developing scientific technologies and building businesses out of them.

Is Babson the right college for this desired endeavor?

I went to Babson. At the time I graduated, they were in the process of building our sister engineering school, Olin. You can take classes and create a cross curriculum.

I currently go to Babson, and a lot of students cross register to Olin College of Engineering (a five minute walk from the center of campus). There are multiple opportunities to merge both, and you can even give a twist to some classes. In FME, the first year capstone business course, some students have decided to create their own products, create a CAD model of the product, and 3D print them! CAD modeling classes are offered at the beginning of the academic year and there is a 3D printer for prototyping in the Innovation Center.

Thank you @mlui and @hiheyhola, Babson College definitelly has my interests now
