Bachelors in Business Administration or HR Management

I am at a cross roads of needing to select my concentration in for my business degree. I currently have 10 years of experience in management in the Power line Industry for a Utility Contractor but possibly looking to change professions(39 years old). Which concentration would be most helpful and have the highest chance of growth, hiring potential and pay. I currently make $60,000 per year and would like to advance that with another company and/or career field. The company I work for has little room for growth and seldom locally recognizes the value of a college degree unless I relocate out of state. Thanks for any advise and opinions.
