Backtracking in Classes ASAP HELP

I was wondering if it was okay to take Spanish I after taking Spanish 2? I took Spanish I in 8th grade but it does not show up on my transcript. I then took spanish 2 sophomore year. I'm now a senior and was wondering if it looks bad and is it okay to just sign up for spanish I senior year since the large gap years in between are really bad. My performance in Spanish 3 is not ideal and because of the gap years, I don't know much even after reviewing. I also had a bad teacher the past 2 years,

no, do not do that- that will look really bizarre and offputting to colleges! I don’t think your school would even let you- they shouldn’t. Colleges will assume you skipped a year, it’s not a problem. They care about what level you reached. Since you reached level 3, you are good for most schools (there are a couple colleges that require/recommend 4 years). Don’t worry about it.
