Bad freshman year is holding back my class rank. How will this affect me?

I'm going to be a senior in the fall. I have a 2250 SAT score, SAT IIs are 800 chem, 780 math II, 750 bio, I took 8 APs (five 5s and three 4s) and will receive the national AP scholar award in september. I took 6 of the APs in my junior year and got straight As. Problem is, I was so incredibly lazy freshman year that my class rank will probably be 8 or 9 of around 200. Top 5% would be top 10 so I know I'm okay here, but if I had put in the effort, I could have easily been 3rd if not higher. Will colleges recognize this the drastic difference? Just to clarify, my UW GPA is only a 93.7 (it was a 91.7 after 9th grade). What if I'm ranked at 11 or lower putting me below the top 5%? How much of an impact will that have on college admissions? My first choice is Columbia as a ChemE major, and I plan on applying to other ivies (probably Cornell, Yale, UPenn, and maybe Harvard or Princeton) as well as schools like Northwestern, Tufts, Carnegie Mellon, and RPI. Thank you! :D

EDIT: I got an 80 and an 86 freshman year, but everything else was 90+
