Bad grades in high school going to university but want to transfer?

I am a current senior in high school living in Orange County.
I want to major in international business with a minor in marketing.

I did average in high school, but VERY poorly my jr and sr year, and therefore wasn't accepted into any university I ACTUALLY wanted to go to that I applied to.

The only schools that accepted me are:
CU Boulder (but it's too expensive)
NAU(they gave me financial aid, enough to where I could afford going to their school) -Northern Arizona university

I really want to have the opportunity of transferring to:
UPENN
USC (University of South Carolina)
NYU
Stanford
(Are there any schools that you know of that are easy to get into? but still considered ivy of sorts?)

(Basically anywhere with a name.. Please don't think I'm a bad person for wanting to graduate from a name school)

Am I better off going to community college for FALL 2014? Then transferring ?

Do I even have a SHOT... Imagine bad bad grades for high school transcripts (CUMULATIVE GPA: 3.5)

1530 on my SAT... (I plan on retaking it actually in hopes of getting a better score)
I never took the ACT

If I do very well in my studies Freshmen year and Sophmore year in college...Do you think I could transfer into any big name school?

If you could give me any advice what would you do, I would greatly appreciate it!

If anyone can explain the transferring process that would be great also!

Thank you for anyone who took the time to read this :)

Forget about Stanford or any “school easy to get into but Ivy like” (by the way, I’ll let you in on a super-confidential secret - those don’t exist!) with out going to community college (CC). Settle for your current school or go to CC, do excellently (GPA of 4.0), get 2300+ on SAT etc and then you have a chance in some good school. Probably not Stanford or any top or Ivy League school since they won’t completely overlook your high school. If I were you, I would either continue in my current school and go to a great grad school or go to CC and then transfer later. Good luck!
