Bannerweb showing ACT scores as missing

We received a letter today acknowledging my daughter's application and providing log-in information for bannerweb. Is anyone else's ACT or SAT scores showing as missing?

My son got his today too and his HS transcript is missing but ACT score is listed.

Yes I checked my account and it also said that it was missing my SAT scores but they had received my ACT score (collegeboard shows that my SAT scores had been sent). I guess I wil call admissions next week and see if this is a problem.

Admissions is closed all of next week! The FAQs for the Richmond Scholars program states that this will not be a problem. I am calling ACT tomorrow! I guess I will send her SAT scores too …

What is bannerweb? My daughter submitted her application on 11/21 and received an email confirmation from Richmond 2 days later, however there is no mention in the email about any kind of electronic account.

BannerWeb is the website that shows the status of the student’s application (but not admission status). My D submitted her application shortly before December 1 and received a letter recently telling her about BannerWeb and giving her a code with which to log on. However, when she tried to log on, the site was down.

Did anyone call admissions yet about this? If so, please share. S’s SATs are also not showing though college board shows they were sent in Nov.

The site was down when my daughter originally tried to log on, but later it was up and showed that all her materials had been received. As a result, we had no need to call about it.

My son submitted his application prior to the Dec. 1 deadline to be considered for the Richmond Scholars program, but Bannerweb shows that his information was posted on Dec. 6. He emailed admissions to make sure that he was being considered for the Richmond Scholars program, but never got a response. Anybody else have an issue with the date?

My d submitted Dec. 1 and her date on Bannerweb was Dec. 6 as well. Not an issue - as long as it was submitted through commonapp.org on the first you are OK. It is hard to get through to them right now - even though Admissions is now open. I would definitely call if something is missing (transcripts, SATs, etc.) to gee it cleared up. It will not affect Scholars, but file will not be reviewed until everything is in place.

Thanks! He said that Bannerweb shows that everything is there, we were just wondering about the date. He did submit the CA online by the deadline, so I guess he should be okay.
