Bard College Chances/Tuition Exchange?

I'm a high school senior who is interested in applying to Bard College, wondering if I have a shot.
Here's my stats:
3.8 GPA, 29 ACT (superscored)
Rank 16 out of 155 students

Orchestra (vice president, first chair violin, been playing for ten years)
String Sounds (auditioned string ensemble)
Choir -section leader
JG Company (auditioned choral group)
Played in the community symphony orchestra for three years
Key Club
Track/Cross Country
Creative Writing Club
One of my plays was produced in a short play festival
Published writing in a literary journal twice
Won Scholastic Art and Writing Award for writing
Solo and Ensemble superior rating (violin and piano)
Arion Award (violin)
Honor Roll

I also am eligible for tuition exchange because my parents work at a college. The only way I would be able to go to Bard is if I got TE. So I was wondering if TE was determined just by academics, if it's better not to send in ACT scores, and how competitive TE is at Bard. Any information anyone could give would be great.

Have your parent contact the TE Liaison at Bard and ask how the TE awards are determined. It might be on merit, might not. Just ask. Also ask about selectivity (how many apps, how many awards).

According to the TE site, Bard awards TE to 11-40% of accepted applicants. It’s hard to say in a given year exactly what standard you have to meet because it’s going to be determined in large part by how many other TE candidates apply and what they look like. From what I’ve seen, schools that offer to less than 90-100% often rely on academics to determine who gets the award, but there could be other factors at play at any given school.
