Barnard, Boston U, Georgetown, and Wellesley....what are my chances?

I am 18 years old and currently taking a gap year. I was admitted to NYU last spring, but decided to take a gap year and explore other options for university. My top school is Barnard. I did not apply last year as I had little to no interest during my senior year. This is what a average day during my gap year has looked like thus far: Volunteer at this organization near my house that makes and delivers meals to people who are unable to afford and make food due to disabilities for three hours in the morning, nanny for 4 hours, and tutor anywhere from elementary level math to calculus at night. My ECs were not very strong in high school, but I am hoping that I can exhibit a change in level of motivation and dedication through my gap year. I feel like I have grown a lot as a person because of this time that I have taken, and I want to figure out a way to display my growth in my applications. (via my essays)
GPA: 3.98 (made one B, 89, freshman year)
7 APs
SAT composite: 2000 (I am about to take the new SAT to see if I can improve)
SAT Math: 770
SAT reading: 610
SAT Writing: 620

ACT Composite: 31
ACT English: 33
ACT Math: 32
ACT Reading: 31
ACT Science: 28
(I only took the ACT once and with no preparation, but I just took it last weekend and prepared for it with online prep and a 3 hour class, so I will update with results as they become available)

ECs:
SADD club senior year
NHS senior year
Beta 10th-12th
Cheerleading 9th
Tennis 10th
Did lots of summer camps and held jobs summer after junior and senior year

I am taking SATIIs in January for Georgetown

Please tell me my chances at Barnard, Georgetown, Boston U, and Wellesley

Barnard and Georgetown will be difficult with a 2000/31. Wellesley is a high match and BU a match, imo.

If it got my score up to 33 do you think I’d have a good chance at Barnard?

UPDATE: I got a 33 composite
33 reading
33 math
33 science
31 English
(I got a 33 on English the first time I took it, but this time I got a 31)
