I take honors French, Bio, and English, as well as AP US History and AP Calculus (I’m a year ahead in math). Next year, I will probably be taking honors English, French, and philosophy, as well as AP Physics and AP Statistics.
I participate in technical theater, and will have stage managed five productions by the time I graduate.
I won the French 1 award my freshman year, and was named Student of the Quarter in the Technology department for my performance in my TV/Video class.
I am very interested in filmmaking and theater, and have directed a short film, which won first place at a small film festival.
I am on my school’s High School Quiz Show team, which is a Massachusetts trivia competition; last year, we made the televised round, meaning we scored in the top 16 of 120 schools across Massachusetts at the qualifying round.
I would love to go to Barnard, and will definitely be applying early decision. Next summer, I hope to attend a four-week summer program there and do an interview while living on campus. So, what are my chances?
