Barron VS Kaplan

i want to buy a CR workbook?

so which one is better?

i heard that Prin's CR sections on the 11 tests are not very accurate, is that true?

thanks in advance

I finished the Kaplan workbook, and it's not too bad... a little easier than the Blue Book, though.

get barrons its tougher and theres no harm in overpreparing..

barron's may be harder but i think that it's the best in CR and Math.
Kaplan is too easy; I get 750 reguarly when doing practice tests but got 550 in the actual test (in CR)

As basis for comparison: on the two practice tests in Kaplan, I got 730 and 770. In the two tests I've taken out of the blue book, my ranges were 660-760 and 700-800. But people say that you should take the lower end of the blue book range, so that would make Kaplan too easy.

lower range in CR only

take the median of the range for math
average of the median and lower end of the range for the W

a teacher member on CC recomended it.

do they even show u the median?...or r u talking a/b the avg of the range??

thank you .

i will get the barron one

"lower range in CR only

take the median of the range for math"

Yeah I know, I was just talking about CR :)

And tennisisfun, if you only have two numbers the median is the average of the range.

Barron's definetly for CR.

What does CR stand for?

cryogenic rabbits

And what does that mean?

freezing cold rabbits

you're a good sport so you win the prize...it means critical reading.

you guys really have a sence of humour, huh?

yeah i thought so...ya know i give these people gold (or maybe silver) and i get nothing...NOTHING!
