I have been studying from barron's the last few weeks for math 2 and was pissed that I was scoring like 730-750 because of all of the 3d geometry, polar/parametric, and matrix questions because they never taught it in my high school and then I spent a few weeks teaching myself these things...and then there were NO questions on these things in the test today... why do they include these items If they don't have them on the actual test??

you should be happy then, it means you probably did better as that was your only weak spot, not?

Oh yeah don’t get me wrong I’m thrilled that the test was easier than I thought…I’m just a little annoyed that I spent so much time studying things that weren’t really on the test because of the Barron’s practice test is all…

Well they were probably on past tests, its a different test each time man

They typically rotate with those “special units.” For me there were absolutely no conics and only one matrix. The one main thing that is definitely on the test is functions (I know, broad, but you get it).

Barron’s definitely over-prepares you…which is probably a good thing :)
